Pedro Pascal made quite the fashion statement Sunday by showing up to the Golden Globes wearing an arm sling that matched his black ensemble.
Turns out the star of The Last of Us broke his wing in a fall, “which can happen to anybody,” he told the AP. But Pascal’s injury is not expected to delay production on season 2, which is expected to commence next month for a 2025 launch.
The series was renewed after scoring the second largest premiere since Boardwalk Empire’s launch in 2010. The drama from Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann racked up 8 Emmy wins at the Creative Arts ceremonies over the weekend, including two for Outstanding Guest Actors (Nick Offerman and Storm Reid).
It is vying for Outstanding Drama Series while Pascal, along with his costar Bella Ramsey, are competing in the actor categories.
