People who claim a range of benefits including Universal Credit, PIP, ESA and JSA will see their payment date change in August.

The August bank holiday means claimants will likely receive their payments on different dates this month. Fortunately, payments will likely be received earlier, rather than later.

Those who receive their payments on August 29 will receive the money on August 26, a whole three days earlier, Lancs Live reports.
