Paul Mescal celebrated his Olivier Award win with a late night trip to McDonald's. The Irish actor, 27, who recently went viral after being interviewed on the BAFTA red carpet in Irish, reigned supreme after picking up the award for Best Actor for his role as Stanley Kowalski in the revival of A Streetcar Named Desire.
He beat the likes of David Tennant and Tom Hollander to the achievement. After picking up his award, he larked about with his younger sister, musician Nell, by heading to a McDonald's chain.
Sharing snaps to Nell's Instagram, the actor posed with his award in front of a Happy Meal machine, and later with the award in one hand, his brown bag of food in the other.
In another snap, he can be seen holding his award over his drink, to make it look as though it was drinking from it. The fun filled post-ceremony activities with his sister came after an emotional acceptance speech, in which he paid tribute to his parents - including his mother, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment.
