Patton Oswalt is opening up about the likelihood a sequel to Marvel’s Eternals. During an appearance on Today, where the 53-year-old actor was promoting I Love My Dad, he was asked about the possibility of a second Eternals movie.
If you’re unaware, Patton appeared at the end of the movie as the voice of Pip the Troll, with Harry Styles as Star Fox. Click inside to see what Patton shared… When asked if he would be in Eternals 2, Patton seemed to confirm that it was in the developing stages. “They have announced there’s going to be an Eternals sequel; Chloe Zhao is going to direct it.
So hopefully, there will be more adventures of Starfox and Pip,” he said. It’s important to note that there has been no confirmation from Marvel that Eternals 2 is happening at this moment, nor anything about Chloe Zhao returning for it.
Eternals follows a group of heroes from beyond the stars who had protected the Earth since the dawn of man. When monstrous creatures called the Deviants, long thought lost to history, mysteriously return, the Eternals are forced to reunite in order to defend humanity once again.
