Just hours before asking the ex-Emmerdale star to marry him, property tycoon Patric Cassidy was still with 39-year old Julia Simons.
But that all changed after he sent her a text message letting her know that their relationship was over and that she “needed someone near her own age”, the Mirror reports.
Julia, from Birmingham, now has a warning for Patsy about the man she says was still showering her gifts until their final moments together. "It's not fair on her, or me," she told the Sun. "I had no clue he was dating Patsy as well.
