K.J. Yossman Social media creator Patricia Bright has signed with U.K.-founded global talent company YMU for full service management.
Bright, who was the host of Hillary Clinton-backed YouTube series “If I Could Tell You Just One Thing,” boasts 5 million followers and has been billed as a “beauty, fashion and lifestyle guru” in the U.K.
She has interviewed figures including Clinton, Tracee Ellis Ross and Sabrina Elba and has written entrepreneur guide “Heart and Hustle.” She is also a brand ambassador for companies including L’Oréal and Diet Coke.
Beginning her career as a financial consultant, Bright pivoted to social media full time after launching her YouTube channel as a student in 2013 and quickly became the U.K.’s first Black female creator to hit 1 million YouTube subscribers.
