Patrice Evra has confessed he felt "betrayed" by Ed Woodward as he opens up on his Manchester United exit. The Frenchman won almost every honour there was to win during eight years at Old Trafford including the Champions League in 2008.
But following Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement Evra was forced to seek pastures new and opted for a move to Italian champions Juventus.
He had been keen to extend his stay in Manchester given his affection for the club and only received an offer from Woodward once it was too late.
