Patrice Evra has recalled the first time he ever received the 'hairdryer treatment' from Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United.
The France international moved to United from AS Monaco in 2006 and would go on to spend eight years at Old Trafford before moving to Juventus.
During his spell in the north west, Evra won the Premier League five times, the League Cup three times and the Champions League once.
However, things did not start smoothly at Old Trafford for the left-back and Evra has revealed there were some doubts as to whether he would be able to cut it in England. "My first game was a disaster, I remember we played against [Manchester] City," he told Betfair.
