The Disney family has lost a great one – Pat Carroll, who was the voice of Ursula in The Little Mermaid, has sadly passed away.
The actress died over the weekend, according to Deadline, at her home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She was 95. Click inside to read more… The outlet adds that Pat was recovering from pneumonia, when she passed away on Saturday, July 30.
In addition to being the voice of Ursula, Pat was also known for her work was seen on the Jimmy Durante Show, The Danny Thomas Show, Laverne & Shirley, ER and many other shows. Pat also provided her voice talents to several cartoon series, and was featured as Prunella, one of the wicked stepsisters in the 1965 production of the musical version of Cinderella.
