The 39-year-old socialite, who is pals with the Toxic songstress, recently opened up about her concern for Britney's wellbeing.
Speaking to The Sunday Times, the Simple Life star stated that it 'wasn't fair' for Britney to continue under her conservatorship for such a long time.
It comes as Britney's controversial conservatorship - under which her dad Jamie had control of her finances - was extended until at least 2021. "It breaks my heart that people have so much control over her," Paris recently told the publication.
