Paris, 31, who is married to boxer Tyson, can be seen wearing a £450 Versace dressing gown as she sits on the sofa cradling and feeding baby Athena.
In the background, you can see trophies and a photo of Tyson boxing. Athena, who is the couple's sixth child, was born on Sunday 8 August and experienced complications.
At one point, the tot needed the help of a ventilator. While the new parents didn't specify the cause of Athena's problems, they have kept fans updated on her progress and thanked the hospital for their support.The couple even set up a Go Fund Me page to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House in.
