Falkirk area school have hit out at staff over claims they're being denied access to toilets during class time. It's after a number of complaints from youngsters to their parents that teachers are not letting them out to use the facilities while teaching is underway.Instead, pupils are being told to make use of the toilets during intervals or lunchtime.However, Falkirk Council say this is not the case, despite the school rules stating that 'there should be no pupils being permitted out of class to go to the toilet or for drinks of water during class time'.One parent has accused the school of denying kids a basic human right.The woman, who didn't want to be named, told the Record: "This really is not on, it's a basic need and human right to.
