Paramore have released a statement saying they do not condone violence, homophobia, or bigotry of any kind as they respond to an alleged assault at their concert in the Salt Lake City, Utah area on Tuesday.
The Franklin, Tennessee based band fronted by Hayley Williams took to Twitter to address the apparent assault which took place at the Great Saltair in Magna.It read: 'After last night’s show in SLC, we were made aware of an incident that happened in the crowd while we were on stage.

Our security team and venue staff were made aware and were able to restrain and remove him.' The band wanted to make clear that they were unaware of the incidents as they were on stage.It continued: 'We did not realize this was happening, as the incident took place out of view from stage.
