The triathlete is one of a dozen famous faces being put through their paces by special forces hero Ant Middleton on the celebrity version of Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins.
And while she’s experienced the pain, sweat and tears it takes to be a top athlete, nothing prepared her for working with reality star Joey, 29.
In a move designed to test Lauren, 27 – who’s not used to competing in a team – hard-man Ant, 39, paired her with Joey for a challenge in which they carry a large log for miles across rough terrain.
