‘Paradise’ Gets Surprise Early Episode 1 Drop Ahead Of Sterling K. Brown Thriller’s Premiere On Hulu
deadline.comHulu has made the first episode of its new drama series Paradise available on the platform. The surprise drop comes two days before the triller, which reunites This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman and star Sterling K.
Brown, was supposed to premiere with the first three episodes. Episodes 2 and 3 will still debut on Hulu Jan. 28 as scheduled.
The reviews for Paradise are already out and have been largely positive, which may have encouraged the early release. What’s more, Episode 1 ends with one of series’ many jaw-dropping twists, so the hope is likely that the cliffhanger would hook viewers in.
The official logline reflects only one side of the genre-mixing drama: “Paradise is set in a serene, wealthy community inhabited by some of the world’s most prominent individuals.
