The white and black kitchen has all the modern amenities and including a dishwasher and a double farmhouse style sink.There is a banquette breakfast table located adjacent to the spacious dining room which can seat 10 or more people.Outside, there is a beautiful pool perfect for swimming laps, a large patio and a 400 square feet guest house with an ensuite bathroom.
