Two additional women are preparing to launch compensation claims against convicted child abuser Gary Glitter.The shamed 80 year old singer is reportedly isolated and despondent in his cell at the thought of his £6 million fortune slipping away.
In August, we reported that Glitter could end his days in prison with an extended sentence after he disregarded a High Court directive to pay one victim £508,000 for assaulting her when she was just 12 years old.Now, two more individuals are ready to initiate legal proceedings, which are believed to be connected to offences he committed in the UK.
A source from the legal sector commented: "The two women have been encouraged on the back of one of his victims bringing a substantial claim earlier this year.
Glitter's victims see it as a way of achieving justice for what they went through. He ruined lives. There could be many more.
