The comedian and the ex-Real Housewives of Cheshire personality are parents to the twins and their youngest daughter Felicity.
Despite calling time on their 11-year marriage in 2022, following their revealing documentary Our Family and Autism, they've chosen to stay under the same roof for the sake of their three children, who, like Christine diagnosed at 33, are on the autism spectrum.
On Tuesday (2 July), Paddy posted a nostalgic snap on Instagram cradling his newborn twins, with the caption: "Happy 11th birthday Leo and Penelope!
