On Tuesday, a Manhattan judge denied his bail for a second time, despite his legal team offering a $50 million bond. Diddy has strongly denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty to all charges.His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, revealed that Diddy is being held in the facility's special housing unit, which offers enhanced security measures.Agnifilo had requested his client's transfer to a New Jersey prison, but the decision now rests with the Bureau of Prisons.
The special housing unit separates inmates from the general population.The MDC has come under scrutiny for poor conditions, including frequent lockdowns, violence, and a rise in stabbings.
