John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne (born 3 December 1948) is an English singer, songwriter, actor and television personality. He rose to prominence during the 1970s as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Black Sabbath, during which he adopted the nickname "The Prince of Darkness".

Osbourne was fired from the band in 1979 due to alcohol and drug problems, but he went on to have a successful solo career, releasing eleven studio albums, the first seven of which were all awarded multi-platinum certifications in the United States. Osbourne has since reunited with Black Sabbath on several occasions.

Ozzy Osbourne is not shying away from talking about his health. The British rock star, 75, revealed on his SiriusXM show that he’s undergoing stem cell therapy amid his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis.“I’ve just come back from the doctor after having some stem cells put in me,” Osbourne told his co-host Billy Morrison on the latest episode of “Ozzy Speaks.”He continued, “The thing is, you have it, and you go, ‘I don’t feel that great,’ but I don’t know what it would be like if I didn’t have it.”Osbourne was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2003.

He receivedfour surgeries on his spine following a bad fall in 2019. “This stuff that I have, it’s kind of like a super f–king stem cell, you know?” he said on his radio show. “They put three bottles in me this morning.

But apparently, this stuff that I’m on now is a real business show … I had one about three months ago and this was a follow-up, and I’ve got to go in about six months from now.”Despite his health issues, Osbourne confirmed that he wants to come out of retirement and perform again. “I’d like to do a f–king gig without falling over now,” he said.Morrison told Osbourne, “Well, that’s gonna come.

You’ll get there.”Osbourne also explained how he’s focused on his future regardless of his health battles.“I want to still carry on, you know?” the Black Sabbath frontman said.
