Ozzy Osbourne has bravely opened up why he decided to give up booze for good. The rocker, 72, who has been sober for seven years following years of battling his drink and drug addiction, says when he saw "fear" in his kids' eyes he knew it was time to tackle his issues with booze.

Birmingham native Ozzy has also told how a frank conversation with his son Jack - who himself has been sober for 17-years - 'knocked him sideways' and that was the wake-up call he needed to commit himself to say goodbye to his partying ways.
