'Outrageous' flasher caught by police 'waving his front around' outside Piccadilly Station
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA flasher was caught 'waving his front around' while exposing himself outside Piccadilly Station in broad daylight. Dion Holt, 31, was spotted committing the 'disgraceful' act yesterday afternoon (January 21).
Holt had his trousers down near the taxi rank, at about 2pm outside the station on Fairfield Street. READ MORE: Man in hospital after being stabbed during fight in early hours of morning Armed police out on routine patrols spotted Holt and he was arrested.
He was hauled before magistrates and admitted indecent exposure. "The court heard how Holt (19/10/1990) was waving his front around for around 15 seconds to members of the public before he was spotted by officers," a GMP statement read.
