We couldn't be more delighted to have Outlander back on our screens as the first episode kicked off last week. It had been a long wait for the second part of season seven The midseason finale ended with Jamie, Claire and Young Ian on a ship, looking out to their beloved homeland, relieved to be back where they belong at last.

In the opening episode, the trio are making their way to Lallybroch to be reunited once again with Jenny and Ian.It's quickly established that Ian is unwell and has been suffering with a bad cough for some time.

Meanwhile in another year, Roger and Buck are making their way back in time in a bid to find Jemmy, who has been kidnapped by Rob Cameron, but all is not as it seems when they make their way through the stones.
