Outlander's Sam Heughan delights fans with behind-the-scenes tour of Jamie Fraser's house

Sam Heughan has delighted fans after giving them a behind-the-scenes look at the Outlander set. The 42-year-old, who is best known for his role as Jamie Fraser, took fans on a video tour around the set of the Big House.

Sam noted there are different versions that the show uses depending on where they are. This is the house that is used for interiors, which is a much more stable environment for all of them that can be utilised within the show’s studio in Scotland.

The Scots actor has recently confirmed the show has reached a huge filming milestone, and is now half way through filming the seventh season.Now as a treat for fans, Sam has given his own behind-the-scenes access for fans to get a glimpse at the Cumbernauld based film set.

Speaking to the camera, Sam says: "Hello, I know it looks like I am outside but we are here in the studio, on the stage at Wardpark studios."This is the interior of the Big House, isn't it fantastic?
