'Outlander: Blood of My Blood' First Look Photos Released of Jamie & Claire's Parents!

The prequel series to the hit Starz show will explore the lives and relationships of Jamie’s parents and Claire’s parents! Jamie and Claire are played by Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe in the original Outlander series.
The photos feature Jamie’s parents Ellen MacKenzie (Harriet Slater) and Brian Fraser (Jamie Roy), as well as Claire’s parents Julia Moriston (Hermione Corfield) and Henry Beauchamp (Jeremy Irvine).
The 10 episode series is being filmed in Scotland. Starz shared: “The series will center on these two parallel love stories set in two different time periods, with Jamie’s parents in the early 18th century Scottish Highlands and Claire’s parents in WWI England.” Browse through the gallery to see some of the first look photos from the prequel series…
