One fan appeared to be confused at the last scene of the first episode as Jamie Fraser appeared to have a violent show down with Richard Brown, which then left viewers with a cliffhanger and one fan took to Twitter to ask Diana why that changed from the book.They wrote: "Loved it, though little thrown by the end since I couldn’t recall a revenge storyline (against the Browns) happening after Claire’s release.
