Our Yorkshire Farm’s Amanda Owen recalls terrifying moment she lost one of her children
ok.co.ukAmanda Owen has spoken out about the terrifying time she lost one of her nine children while visiting one of the biggest agricultural events in the calendar.The Our Yorkshire Farm star confessed to the moment during her segment on This Morning, where she told Matt Baker it was “very, very stressful.” Speaking about four-day event The Great Yorkshire Show, which is one of the biggest events in the calendar, she said: “"Can you remember what it was like for me coming here with the kids? "I remember losing a child here at the Great Yorkshire Show!
It’s very, very stressful. “I think there’s 140,000 people expected to come to the show.” To which he replied: “It doesn’t surprise me, though.This is the best agricultural show in the world, in my eyes.” Amanda presented the segment in what was her first TV appearance since the news that she has split from her husband Clive Owen.The 47 year old announced the shock news on her instagram account last month, writing: “"Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate. "This hasn't been easy, but we both believe it's the right choice for the future of our family.” She added: “Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together, with our number one priority being the happiness and well-being of our children. “We would like to thank everyone for their support and would ask that the media please respect our privacy as we work through this difficult time.” The long-term couple met in 1995 before they married five years later and share nine children together : Raven, 20, Reuben, 17, Miles, 15, Edith, 12, Violent, 10, Sidney, nine, Annas, seven, Clemmie, five and Nancy, four.
