But Amanda would not have it any other way as she loves running the Ravenseat Farm in Upper Swaledale alongside her husband Clive Owen and their nine kids.
Before she started looking after 1,000 sheep, 40 cows, six dogs and four ponies, Amanda tried to break into the world of modelling.
