‘Opus’ Trailer: Ayo Edebiri and John Malkovich Star in A24’s Pop Music Horror Film

Abigail Lee A24 has released the trailer for its latest horror “Opus,” which follows a young writer played by “The Bear” Emmy winner Ayo Edebiri who is invited to the remote compound of a reclusive pop star (John Malkovich).

Surrounded by his cult of diehard fans, the writer finds her herself increasingly panicked as a twisted plan unfolds around her.

Edebiri and Malkovich star inn “Opus” alongside Juliette Lewis, Murray Bartlett, Amber Midthunder and Tony Hale. The cast also includes Tatanka Means, Young Mazino, Tamera Tomakili and Stephanie Suganami.

The movie is set to world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival. Mark Anthony Green wrote and directed the film, which is his feature directorial debut.
