‘One Piece’ Season 2 Casts ‘Bridgerton’ Actress Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday
variety.comJoe Otterson TV Reporter Charithra Chandran is the latest addition to the cast of “One Piece” Season 2 at Netflix. Chandran will star as Miss Wednesday in the second season of the live-action series based on the popular manga and anime of the same name.
She is the latest new addition to be announced this week, following Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra as well as Katey Sagal as Dr.
Kureha and Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk. Daniel Lasker, Camrus Johnson, Jazzara Jaslyn, David Dastmalchian, Werner Coetser, Brendan Murray, Clive Russell, Callum Kerr, Julia Rehwald, Rob Colletti, and Ty Keogh are also set to join Season 2 of “One Piece.” Chandran is known for her role in Season 2 of the hit Netflix series “Bridgerton” and for the Amazon series “Alex Rider.” She has also been in films such as “How to Date Billy Walsh” and “Eternals.” She is repped by Gersh and Jonathan Arun Group. “One Piece” stars Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D.
Luffy, leader of the Straw Hat Pirates. He and his crew search the Blue Sea for the mythical One Piece treasure. If he can find it, he will become King of the Pirates.
