Olly Murs is not taking all the credit for his phenomenal body transformation. The Troublemaker singer, 35, recently wowed fans when he revealed his new buffed-up bod and has now admitted that he managed to trim down and tone up with the help of his beautiful girlfriend Amelia Tank.

During a radio interview on Heart FM this week, the cheeky chap shared that his sweetheart encouraged his fitness journey and helped by giving him a nutrition plan.

He told hosts Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston: "Well she’s not a personal trainer but she’s done bikini competitions in the past and she does train a lot, but she is actually my personal trainer.
