Olly Murs has completed his charity mountain trek that he undertook in honour of his late friend Caroline Flack. The X Factor star and a group of Caroline's friends climbed over 24 peaks in the mountains across the Lake District over 24 hours to raise money for the Samaritans.

He took to his Instagram account to document the trek, calling it a "special weekend". In his first post, which he posted on Saturday, Olly shared a snap of himself in his hiking gear as he flexed his muscles.
