Chloe was Olivia’s only child, whom she shared with ex-husband Matt Lattanzi. In the photo, Chloe, now 36, was just a youngster and she planted a kiss on her mum’s mouth.
Chloe looked adorable in a pearl necklace and white dress, with her hair tied up in a scrunchie. Meanwhile, Olivia was knelt down to be on the same level as daughter as she donned a similar all-white ensemble.
Chloe also shared another throwback snap of her late mother holding her as a baby, as well a string of more recent snaps of them together.
