Sharing the sexy snap with her 2.3 million Instagram followers, Olivia wrote: "I always feel much more together when I’m wearing pretty matching lingerie, my hair may not be brushed but my undies on point." The reality TV star is currently self isolating at home with her husband Alex Bowen.
