Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must heed Gary Neville and Rio Ferdinand advice in next managerial role

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have to solve a problem former teammates Gary Neville and Rio Ferdinand pointed out when the Manchester United great finally decides to return to management.

It's coming up two years since United sacked the Norwegian and Solskjaer has yet to take up another coaching challenge. The 50-year-old told Norwegian outlet NRK he had been approached about, potentially, taking over as the Norway Women's team manager.

However, while Solskjaer said he would be open to helping out where possible, he also stated that he could take on another job in the men's game.

So where will Solskjaer pitch up? For now, that remains to be seen, but important advice given to the one-time striker by Neville and Ferdinand as he was dismissed by United must be taken on board whenever he does opt to return to the dugout.
