Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has played down talks Paul Pogba is set to leave Manchester United after the Frenchman snubbed a new contract to remain at Old Trafford.
As revealed by Mirror Football, Pogba was offered a new bumper contract, which would have seen his £250,000-a-week wages increase by an eyewatering £100,000-a-week.
But the World Cup winner, who has just one year remaining on his current contract at Old Trafford, snubbed the offer, leaving Manchester United in the lurch.
The Red Devils are faced with a problem if they cannot convince Pogba to sign a contract extension as they could lose their record £89million signing for free in 2022.
