Ole Gunner Solskjaer says Raphael Varane is a proven winner - as the defender edges closer to completing his move to Manchester United.
The Red Devils announced on Tuesday that an agreement had been reached with Real Madrid for the Frenchman, ending months of speculation over his future.
Varane has been linked with a move to Old Trafford since Sir Alex Ferguson was in charge, but it has taken until a decade later for United to get their man.
Providing his medical passes without issue, the centre-half will move to Old Trafford for a fee of £43m - and Solskjaer is delighted.
