A police officer has told a murder trial how he found a Scots man lying in a pool of blood on the floor. PC Gary Hutchison today told jurors how he was called to a property in Summertown Path in Glasgow's Govan around midnight on August 31 last year.
He and a colleague were initially directed to the ground floor flat by a woman outside before they went into the living room.
Recalling the scene, PC Hutchison told the High Court in Glasgow: "There was a male lying on the floor covered in blood."There was also someone kneeling doing CPR, by the looks of it."There were a couple of pools of blood.
