Office staff fed up of working from home can now operate out of Perth library

Perthshire Advertiser its other libraries have informal seating and desk space that customers are welcome to use for short periods of time.

There are currently seven study desks available at the AK Bell.The Culture Perth and Kinross spokesperson said: “Due to COVID, we introduced a booking system to manage occupancy and ensure social distancing.“Customers can reserve a desk for a half-day or a full day.“You don’t need to book in advance, but this ensures you will get a table at the time you want (01738 477 060 or e-mail localstudies@culturepk.org.uk ).“We can usually accommodate on-the-day walk-ins and if we find that the designated study space is busy will do our best to find an alternative space which gives people use of a desk elsewhere.
