The mum-of-eight, from Selly Oak, Birmingham, says she had travelled to Lickey Hills beauty spot in Worcestershire with five of her children two weeks ago to do 30 minutes of exercise when she was challenged by an officer.
She says she was warned to go home by an officer - who she claims mistook them for two families. Marie, who appeared in the Channel 5 show Benefits Britain: Life On The Dole, told BirminghamLive : "We had just sat down to have some water when my son said 'mom the police are here.' "The officer came over and told us we had to go home.
