Ocado customers have had their Marks & Spencer orders cancelled, after waiting months for a new deal between the two firms to go live.
Shoppers have taken to twitter to complain after a surge in demand meant the online retailer was unable to fulfil all orders.
It comes after Ocado launched a new deal with the high street giant, promising to deliver food home for the first time in M&S's history. "The vast majority of customers are unaffected and will be delivered as normal.
We would like to thank our customers for giving M&S such a big welcome and sincere apologies to any customers having to wait a bit longer," Ocado said in a statement.
