Jay Ferguson, who identifies as a man, was jailed in 2017 after he put together a sinister 'rape kit' and threatened to abduct and rape a child.

Then aged 18, he was sentenced 22 months in prison and given a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), the Echo reports. But within days of his release in 2019, Ferguson contacted police to tell them he had a child sex abuse video and a knife.
