Noel Gallagher has slammed Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl halftime performance and called it “absolute nonsense”.This past Sunday (February 9), the Compton rapper made history by becoming the first solo rapper to headline the coveted Halftime Show.
For the performance, he was joined by SZA and featured cameos from Samuel L. Jackson and Serena Williams.He performed a slew of tracks from his latest offering ‘GNX’, some cuts off ‘DAMN.’ and two Drake disses ‘Euphoria’ and the acclaimed, Grammy-winning ‘Not Like Us’.
Lamar’s Super Bowl performance also became the most-watched Super Bowl halftime show of all time with a heafty 133.5 million viewers from 8:30-8:45 p.m.
