Noel Gallagher plans to sell his Oasis back catalogue to buy a yacht and go on a world cruise. But the singer told how he would rather go on a spending spree with wife Sara MacDonald rather than leave any of the cash to his kids.

His idol Bob Dylan recently sold the rights to all his songs for £300million and Noel can do the same with hits such as Wonderwall, and All Around The World in 2025.

The 54-year-old said: “Dylan just sold his back catalogue. Hedge fund guys, are buying them up. “All my songs come to me in 2025.

You get an extraordinary amount of money and then they pop up in McDonald’s adverts for the rest of time. What do you do? Leave it to your kids? "They don’t value music.
