deadline.comThe Los Angeles County District Attorney‘s office said Tuesday that Kim Delaney will not be facing charges after being arrested along with her husband over the weekend after things allegedly got violent between the couple.
L.A. DA Nathan Hochman‘s team cited “insufficient evidence” against the NYPD Blue star and her spouse James Morgan after the duo were taken into custody by L.A.
County Sheriff’s deputies following an incident Saturday. Delaney and Morgan were arrested at 10:15 a.m. PT in their Marina Del Rey home, police reports indicate.
At the time of arrest, Morgan was taken in by the LASD for misdemeanor domestic violence, while Delaney was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, according to department documents.
