Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is speaking out against body shamers. In a new TikTok video posted on Wednesday (July 20), the 35-year-old Jersey Shore star asked fans to “stop commenting on people’s bodies.” Keep reading to find out what else she said… “I know it’s an issue for a lot of people.

Men, women, everybody — it’s an issue,” she began. “And it’s called weight. I have struggled with my weight my entire life.” Snooki shared that she was “underweight” in height school, but her body began to change when she turned 21 and she decided to “enjoy life” without constantly worrying about calories.

She noted that while she’s “always being confident in [her] skin,” it was challenging to see unwarranted comments about her body. “Who are you to call people ‘pigs’ and ‘fat’ and ‘disgusting’ and [say], ‘Your body looks terrible?’” she asked. “If you think those things, which I’m sure a lot of people have opinions — everyone has an opinion about everybody — if you want to judge people’s looks and people’s bodies then do it from the comfort of your a–hole mind,” Snooki continued, adding that they could also just call [their] a—hole friend to gossip about someone’s weight.” “But don’t comment it on the internet,” she said. “Because people are sensitive.

Especially people that have had eating disorders and trouble with their body and image and they finally are starting to love themselves.” Snooki concluded her video by telling her fans that gaining or losing weight “truly doesn’t matter.” She continued, “So, this video is for everyone out there, stop commenting on people’s weight.
