Nicole, 45, is known for her love of fitness, and she wasn't shy to show off the incredible results of her workouts in the tiny bikini.

She wore her dark hair slicked back into a tight bun, which no doubt helped her to keep cool in the soaring temperatures. Her makeup was simple, save for a pop of bright red lipstick, and she was later seen donning a brightly-coloured, multi-print kaftan and gold-wired sunglasses.

She and her rugby player beau, Thom, 35, looked happy and relaxed in each other's company as they tucked into a feast of fresh fruit on their sun loungers.
