Ex-glamour model Nicola McLean has revealed she feels a sense of insecurity when she tunes into Love Island each year. The reality TV star, 39, has posed for plenty of lads mags including Zoo and Nuts, as well as being one of the UK's most successful Page 3 girls.

Despite being one of the sexiest females in the world, she struggles to sit down and watch the ITV2 dating show with her husband Tom Williams as she finds herself comparing her incredible physique to the Love Island stars' hot bods.

Nicola, who retired from glamour modelling in 2006 due to being pregnant with son Rocky, is a doting mum-of-two and admits her body has "been through a lot". "My body is better now than it was when I was an 18-year-old Page 3 girl.
