The 38-year-old Bridgerton actress took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday (February 12) to share a birthday tribute for Jake, who just celebrated his 25th birthday. She wrote on the photo, “Happy Birthday,” and added a heart emoji. Jake is an actor who was most recently seen in the TV series Renegade Nell and the new movie William Tell.
