And he has vowed there’s no way Rangers will be lured into making the same mistake. Raskin plugged into both legs on TV as the Swiss refused to buckle to the Belgians.
Raskin’s info told him Genk believed they had hurdled the hard work with a tidy 1-1 draw in Geneva in their first leg. But his confident countrymen came a cropper at home.Genk also got a lead in the second match, playing against 10 men, but bowed out on penalties following a 2-2 tie.
Raskin insists there’s no way Rangers will take their first leg superiority – in performance and the 2-1 result – for granted.
